cute hearts and yummy chicken.....

My sis made these hearts, aren't they the cutest thing evah????? So fun, and I love the extra sparkle on the sides. They stand about two feet tall and look great with framed photos sitting next to them. Cute stuff!!!!!

Here is a link for apple and smoked gouda stuffed chicken that is absolutely amazing!!!!! Everybody loved it-- even my two year old asked for more. And the ingredients list was so easy:
chicken
granny smith apple
few slices of smoked gouda cheese
olive oil
butter
flour
salt and pepper
sage
Sauce
lemon juice
chicken broth
and more butter

I had to cover and cook a bit longer than what it said in the recipe, but it was sooooooooo yummy.
And the lemon juice sauce, oh the sauce!!!! I wanted to dip rice, bread, veggies, anything in it!!!!!

The January kits were mailed on January 8th, and should have arrived on schedule or hopefully a bit early. Please let me know if there are any problems.

I've cancelled all the PayPal subscriptions so the last payment should have been in December. There should not be any subscription payments made in January. Let me know if you have any questions or notice any inconsistencies.
